Irene Smith Todd, age 81, of Roanoke, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, at Wedowee Hospital. There will be no public services.
Survivors include: one daughter, Angie King and Kerry New of Roanoke; one son, Michael Todd and Patsy Tittle of Roanoke; one grandchild, Brady King; and two great-grandchildren, Faith Minnifield and Kaleb Terry.
A resident of Roanoke most of her life, Ms. Todd was born on July 14, 1933, the daughter of Omer and Amzie Rice Smith. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was a self-employed beautician. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ausie Eugene Todd; and two sons, Steve Todd and Timothy Todd.
