Funeral services for Andy Eli Knight, age 60, of Roanoke, will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2016, at 2:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Vayden Pate officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:30-8:00 PM on Saturday, January 30, 2016.
Mr. Knight passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Knight of Roanoke; his father, Clifford Knight of Roanoke; one daughter, Amanda Nimon (husband, Kenneth) of Roanoke; one son, Randy Knight (wife, Amanda) of Rock Mills; four grandchildren; one sister, Denia Faye Knight of Roanoke; and one brother, David Duron Knight of Roanoke.
A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Mr. Knight was born on December 12, 1955, the son of Clifford and Sarah Jemima Clementine Pike Knight. He was Christian by faith and had worked for Piedmont Mechanical. He was preceded in death by his mother; one daughter, Rebecca Knight; one grandson, Jason Knight; and one brother, Randall Lee Knight.
