Funeral services for Thomas Ray Cunningham, age 69, of Roanoke will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016, at 11:00 AM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Phillip Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Springfield Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:30-11:00 AM on Friday, November 18, 2016.
Mr. Cunningham passed away November 15, 2016, at his residence.
Survivors include: a sister-in-law, Clara Cunningham of Lincolnton, NC; and one nephew, Christopher Cunningham of Lincolnton, NC.
A Roanoke native, Mr. Cunningham was born on June 25, 1947, the son of James Willard Cunningham, Jr., and Annie Gay Cunningham. He was a self-employed farmer. Mr. Cunningham was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, C.E. Cunningham, Gay Cunningham, and Harold Cunningham; and one nephew, Danny Cunningham.
