Obituary of Patricia Ann Towler Bowen
Funeral services for Patricia Ann Towler Bowen, age 82, of Woodland, will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at 2:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Sam Yeager officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM prior to funeral services.
Mrs. Bowen passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 at Traylor’s Nursing Home.
Survivors include her husband, Jasper Hoyt Bowen of Woodland; two daughters, Tammy Yeager (Mark) of Woodland and Pam Kirby (Bryan) of Roanoke; one son, Keith Bowen (Rebecca) of St. Augustine, FL; and six grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Towler, Bryan Kirby, Tyler Kirby, Mark Yeager, Justin Yeager, and Hunter Smith.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Bowen was born on November 30, 1934, the daughter of J.T. Towler, Sr. and Emma Ruth Breed Towler. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Junior Towler and Carrington Towler; and sisters, Beacie Towler and Libby Wingo.
Flowers will be accepted or the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
