My Dearest Penny,
I thank God that so many years ago I was able to meet you and later to get to know you better!! I have so many fun memories that I have shared with you. I remember the great times we shared at church and how it just never was the same when you were not there as much because of your sickness. I will always remember every single time there was a time to go to the alter and pray, you were the first to make your way down on the right side! Even when you began to get sicker you would still kneel and pray. What an Example you left for me in my memory! You loved Pete and you'r boy's so very much, and your grandchildren fiercely!!! You were a true friend to everyone you met and extended your love so freely.
Last year as I was going through surgeries and rehab; I know that you probably did not feel like visiting me at my lowest of times because you yourself were going through so much , but you came anyway. I so appreciated that and I am so lucky and Blessed to have had you as my dear friend. If I can be half the Wife, Mother,Grandmother, Friend and Christian woman you were, I will be happy, and I will strive to have the servant attitude that you always have had. I loved you truly my friend and I will miss you until I see you in Heaven and until then I will try to fill your spot in the old altar, and continue praying for those you loved while here on this earth. To sum this all up with your very own word's... "I'm a Winner either way" !! .
To the family: I love you each and every one, your closeness all these years have been an inspiration to me for so long! Heck... I consider You All my family! My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time and I am here if you need me Love always' Rebecca
