Rest in peace, Mr Jim. I wish we could have met. I will always cherish my Alabama Bigfoot Society cap and our messages to one another. I will miss your videos and your stories. I know you and Chico are happy to be reunited.
I will miss our talks and your visits to North Alabama. We all enjoyed your lectures to our groups. There will never be another one like you. I will miss you very much. I hope you are now taking little Chico for walks on the other side.
I am so saddened. Jimmy was a good friend and if he ever told me he would do something, I could count on him. He was so knowledgeable about so many things and I enjoyed his conversations and the video's he shared. I am grateful we got to know each other.
About Us
Quattlebaum’s was founded in 1930 by Robert B. Quattlebaum on Roanoke’s West Point Street. Relocated to Maple Drive, Quattlebaum Funeral Home was just across from Knight Sanatorium for many years. In 1953, a new building was constructed on College Street – where the funeral home is today.
