Obituary

Roy Harvey Pullen, 68, of Roanoke, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Survivors include his wife, Marsha Tolbert Pullen; son, Phelan Pullen of New York; and four grandchildren, Jamal Vines, Jedarrion Vines, Alesha Franks (Jacob) and Aalayia Smiley (Virgil).

Mr. Pullen was born on September 15, 1957, in Germany, the son of Marlin and Ruth Eva Beige Pulen. He worked as a truck driver and as an LPN at LaFayette Extended Care, Roanoke Healthcare and NHC in Anniston. He was preceded in death by his parents.
