Funeral services for Danny “Ricky” Hornsby, age 75, of Roanoke, AL, will be held on

Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Time at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel

with Bro. Darren Anglin officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Central

time prior to the funeral on Saturday.

Mr. Hornsby passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, at his residence.

Survivors include: one son, Cameron Hornsby (Jennifer) of Dallas, GA; one grandchild,

Madison Hornsby; and one sister, Linda Anglin of Texas.

A long-time Roanoke resident, Mr. Hornsby was born on March 6, 1950, the son of

Calvin and Pearl Cummings Hornsby. He was a United States Navy veteran of the

Vietnam conflict and worked as a maintenance supervisor in multi-family apartment

complexes. Mr. Hornsby was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Glenda

Hornsby; and one son Oliver Jeremy Hornsby.
