Funeral services for Hubert Guy Parrish, age 75, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Fred Flowers officiating.  Burial will follow at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 PM on Sunday before services begin.

Mr. Parrish passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Traylor’s Nursing Center.

Survivors include: two sisters, Melda Whitten of Wadley and Penny Stapler of Woodland, and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jody Noles, Andy Noles, A.J. Noles, Clayton Sexten, Justin Stapler, and Paul Brown.

A Roanoke native, Mr. Parrish was born on October 12, 1950, the son of Eules Guy and Amber Nell Bennett Parrish.  He was Baptist by faith and worked as a fixer for Amoco Fabrics and Fibers, Kimberly Clark, and Candlewick.  Mr. Parrish was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials may be floral.
