Graveside services for Freddie Eugene Justice, age 63, of Carrollton, GA, will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Welcome Home Baptist Church Cemetery with Bro. Justin Benefield and Bro. Fitzgerald Brown officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the graveside from 2:00-3:00 PM on Wednesday before services begin.

Mr. Justice passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

Survivors include: two daughters, Brittney Perry (Matt) of LaGrange, GA, and Anna Robertson (Caleb) of Chatsworth, GA; one son, Robert Justice of Carrollton, GA; five grandchildren, Banks Robertson, Mia Robertson, Jake Perry, Luke Perry, Chandler Justice, and one on the way; his mother, June Justice; and five siblings, Phillip Halsey, Kenny Halsey (Nikki), Connie Bowen, Billy Justice (Teresa), all of Roanoke, and Leigh Justice of Carrollton, GA.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Justice was born on November 5, 1962, the son of Bobby and June Justice.  He was Christian by faith.  Mr. Justice was a family man.  He enjoyed watching Alabama football and recently tried his hand at gardening.  Mr. Justice was preceded in death by his father; a sister, Terresa Cummings; and his step-mother, Shirley Justice.
