Maverick Wynn Tomczek, infant son of Damen and Cassandra Tomczek, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospital in LaGrange, GA.

Along with his parents, he is survived by four siblings, Adelyn Tomczek, Axel Tomczek, Charles Tomczek, and Isabella Tomczek; paternal grandparents, Carolyn and Garin Barth; maternal grandparents, Gena Thomas and Joshua Collins; great-grandfather, Robert Boggs; three aunts, Valerie Butler, Shannon Waters, and Candice Hawkins; one uncle, Donald Hawkins; and several cousins.

Maverick came into this world as a fraternal twin and will always have a piece of him carried through life by his sister Isabella. He was a gentle baby and loved by everyone fortunate enough to meet him. He had a calmness that was greater than his time on earth. Even though we will never understand why, we know that heaven needed the sweetest angel more than we did, and we keep the thought close that you have grandparents there holding you now.
