Funeral services for Linda Hall Leatherwood, age 79, of Roanoke will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Tim Whaley officiating.  Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026.

Ms. Leatherwood passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.

Survivors include: two daughters, April Harrod (Dan) and Lisa Ferguson; four grandchildren, Chasity Ferguson, T. J. Ferguson, Austin Ferguson, and Zak Anthony; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Hall and Harold Hall; and a special friend, Edward Phillips.

Pallbearers will be T. J. Ferguson, Austin Ferguson, Zak Anthony, Deanon Arrington, Blake Arrington, and Tyler Hall.

A Roanoke native, Ms. Leatherwood was born on February 6, 1947, the daughter of Robert and Opal Lester Hall.  She attended Cornerstone Church. Ms. Leatherwood loved her flowers and loved people, often adopting others as her own.  Most of all, she loved her grandchildren.  She was a resilient, determined, hard worker, and loved the Lord and her church.  Ms. Leatherwood was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Betty Hall Anglin and Patsy Hall Wade.
