Obituary of Patsy Ann Wade

Funeral services for Patsy Ann Wade, age 83, of Five Points will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Scott Whaley officiating.  Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Monday, March 18, 2024.

Mrs. Wade passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Traylor’s Retirement Community in Roanoke.

Pallbearers will be Chris Davis, Cody McClurg, Scott Wade, Jerry Padgett, Deanon Arrington, and Dan Harrod. Eddie Phillips will serve as an honorary pallbearer.

Survivors include: one son, Terry Wade of Five Points; one grandchild, Valerie Davis (Chris); three great-grandchildren, Madison Davis, J.T. Davis, and Isaiah Davis (Stephanie); one great-great-grandchild, Caden Davis; one sister, Linda Leatherwood of Roanoke; and two brothers, Harold Hall of Roanoke and Jimmy Hall of Rock Stand.

A Roanoke native, Mrs. Wade was born on March 22, 1940, the daughter of Robert and Opal Hall.  She attended Faith Baptist Church and worked at NOK in LaGrange as a machine operator/inspector before retiring.  Mrs. Wade was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Larry Roy Wade; and one sister, Betty Anglin.

Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to the Joy To Life Foundation for breast cancer at 2350 Fairlane Dr, Montgomery, AL 36116
