Funeral services for Justin Ayden Sheppard, infant son of Justin Miles Sheppard and Jessica Staples, will be held Sunday, July 11, 2010, at 1:00 pm from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Craft officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 am on Sunday.
The infant died Friday, July 9, 2010, at Lanier Memorial Hospital, Lanett.
Survivors include parents, Justin Sheppard and Jessica Staples; grandparents, Robbie Perkins of Wadley, Billy Poore of Valley, Luther Marion Staples of Roanoke, Terry & Donna Harmon of Roanoke; great-grandparents, Martha Staples of Roanoke, Billy Joe Brown of Albertville, Sue Smith of Roanoke, Truman & Sue Harmon of Roanoke.
Pallbearers will be Billy Joe Brown, Dusty Adams, Kenneth Harmon and Truman Harmon.
The infant was preceded in death by great-grandfather, Luther Staples.
Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
