Beatrice and Jackie... Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Even though it has been forever since I have seen either of you, I often think of all the people I knew in Roanoke and a "where are they now." I send you all my love and know that I will be thinking of you. Stay well and get in touch when you have a chance. Love to all.

To Jackie and the family. When I heard the news on Sunday my heart was saddened. I have known Jackie and his family for over 25 years. I knew his father, Mr. Garrett had been ill for a while, and hearing the news of Jackie loosing his father broke my heart. I know how much he is going to be missed.
Ms. Garrett, I admire you as a loving devoted wife to your husbad for so many years. You will see your husband again. God has truly blessed you. Bet he is singing up there in heaven right now.
Jackie, I know you going to miss your dad tremendously. Just keep in mind that you were a very loving and devoted son, with no regrets. You were there through the good and bad. You loved your father very very much. You are/were a good son.
And always keep in mind, that you will be able to see him again one day. God is so good to us. I love you Jackie, and all your family. Love and prayers to you all. If you need me please do not hesitate to call me. You know where I am :):) Love to all.
