Funeral services for Wanda Diane Cofield, age 64, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2015, at 1:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ricky Cannon officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Saturday, August 15, 2015.
Ms. Cofield passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015, at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika.
Survivors include: two daughters, Shelia Royster of Lanett and Misty Cofield of Roanoke, both of Lanett; one son, Michael Dwayne Toland (wife, Tammy) of Lanett; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Ricky Slagle; and a niece and nephew.
A Chambers County native, Ms. Cofield was born on May 14, 1951, the daughter of Elvin Mark and Dolly May Gann Slagle. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and worked as a weaver for West Point Stevens. Ms. Cofield was preceded in death by her parents.
