OBITUARY
Funeral services for, Mrs. Ezell Wright Barnes, age 81, of Roanoke, will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 12, 2010, from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ed Grooms officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Monday, October 11, 2010.
Mrs. Barnes died Saturday, October 9, 2010 at North Fulton Hospital.
Mrs. Barnes is survived by one daughter, Millisa Campano, of Ball Ground, GA; two sons, Larry Barnes of Salina, KS, Billy Barnes of Montgomery; one sister, Earline Carter of Wadley; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jim Barnes, Josh Hart, Robie Taylor, Stephen Taylor, Shane Taylor and Bob Taylor.
Mrs. Barnes was born, March 16, 1929, the daughter of Lewis and Gleamer Gore Wright. She was a member of the Lowell Methodist Church and a supply clerk for Randolph Medical Center. Mrs. Barnes was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Barnes; her parents; one brother, John Tillman Wright. Condolences may be expressed at www.quattlebaumfuneralhome.com.
