Funeral services for Wylodean Shaw Easterwood, age 71, of Five Points, will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at 11:00 AM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, December 4, 2015. Mrs. Easterwood passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at her home. Survivors include one daughter, Michelle Langley (husband, Mitchell) of Lanett; one son, Rodney Easterwood of Five Points; eight grandchildren, Brandon Johnson, Matthew Johnson, Katie Langley, Lauren Langley, Madeline Langley, Natalie Langley, Hannah Easterwood, and Abby Easterwood; and four great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Benji Johnson, Donnie Anthony, Brandon Moncus, Tony Kennedy, Steve Powers, and Jamie Strain. A Clay County native, Mrs. Easterwood was born on March 2, 1944, the daughter of Golden and Luda Allen Shaw. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was the owner of A.M. Ennis Company and Valley Erectors. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Johnny Easterwood; and her daughter, Renee Easterwood.
