David A. Hodges was born March 22, 1957, in Roanoke, AL, and passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016, at 6:20 a.m. He was the son of Clarence Hodges and Darie Thomas Hodges.
Surviving are his wife, Linda Hodges; daughter, Farrah Hodges; step-son, Carl Franklin (Donna); brothers, Donald, Joey and Clay Hodges; sister, Donna Hodges; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Robert Allen Franklin.
David was owner and operator of Hodges Western Outlet in Cayce and owner of Tri-State Maintenance Construction. He was employed by Duracell in Lancaster, SC. David retired from Proctor and Gamble in Lancaster, SC. He was a member of Fish Hatchery Church of God in Gaston, SC.
Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 18, 2016, at Fish Hatchery Church of God. Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the church.
There will be another service at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel on Monday, June 20, 2016, at 1:00 pm with visitation from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

About Us
Quattlebaum’s was founded in 1930 by Robert B. Quattlebaum on Roanoke’s West Point Street. Relocated to Maple Drive, Quattlebaum Funeral Home was just across from Knight Sanatorium for many years. In 1953, a new building was constructed on College Street – where the funeral home is today.
