Obituary of Lottie Lashley Pilgrim

Graveside services for Lottie Bell Lashley Pilgrim, age 80, of Roanoke, will be held on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 1:00 PM from Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Mike Brewer and Rev. Nick Pilgrim officiating. Quattlebaum Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Wednesday. Mrs. Pilgrim passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at her home. Survivors include one grandson, Matt Pilgrim of Roanoke; one sister, Hazel Calhoun of Roanoke; and one brother, Bobby Lashley of Fort Lauderdale, FL. A lifelong resident of Randolph County, Mrs. Pilgrim was born on July 15, 1936 the daughter of John Robert “Bob” and Lena “Ruth” Worthy Lashley. She was a member of Midway Full Gospel Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon Pilgrim; one son, Timothy “Tim” Pilgrim; one sister, Alice Brewer; and two brothers, Herman Lashley and James Harvey Lashley.
