Richard Keith Dugger, age 67, of Roanoke, formerly of Abingdon, VA and Neva, TN, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016, at UAB Hospital.
The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 2:00-3:00 PM on Sunday, August 21, 2016. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
Survivors include one sister, Beverly Garland (husband, David) of Knoxville, TN; and two brothers, Ed Dugger (wife, Connie) and Steve Dugger, both of Roanoke.
A Neva, Tennessee native, Mr. Dugger was born on March 18, 1949, the son of Paul L. and Virginia Mae Slemp Dugger. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Neva, TN and had worked as a mill wright. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Emma Karen Dugger; and two brothers, Kenny and Doug Dugger.
