Funeral services for Joseph Lashley Wilkins, age 36, of Wadley, will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at 11:00 AM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sprayberry and Gary Clark officiating. 
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00-11:00 AM on Thursday, May 18, 2017.
Mr. Wilkins passed away Monday, May 15, 2017.
Survivors include one daughter, Jordan Wilkins of Valley; father, Philip Wilkins of Wadley; one sister, Laura Nan Howe (husband, Jason) of Wadley; and one brother, John L. Wilkins (wife, Melanie) of Wadley.
Mr. Wilkins was born on June 3, 1980, the son of Philip and Doris Lashley Wilkins.  He was a member of Mountain Springs Baptist Church and had been employed with Howe Pools.  Mr. Wilkins was preceded in death by his mother.
The family will accept flowers or contributions to The Alabama Department of Mental Health (PO Box 301410, Montgomery, AL 36130-1410).
