OBITUARY

Graveside services for, Mrs. Susan Elizabeth "Beth" Chandler, age 53, of Roanoke, will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 27, 2011, from the Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Tim Whaley officiating. Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm, at the funeral home on

Thursday, January 27th.

Mrs. Chandler died Monday, December 24, 2011 at Emory University Hospital.

Mrs. Chandler is survived by her husband, Charles E. Chandler of Roanoke; one daughter, Kendra Brook Hicks of Roanoke; one son, Neil Hicks of Roanoke; two brothers, Randy Barfield of Roanoke, Alan Barfield of Tallapoosa, GA.

Pallbearers will be Randy Barfield, Alan Barfield, Ralph Gooden, Ken Hicks, Kevin Meenes and Brent Rollins.

Mrs. Chandler was born, November 25, 1957, the daughter of Lynn and Margaret Geneva Gooden Barfield. She attended Rock Mills Methodist Church and was a housewife. Mrs. Chandler was preceded in death by her parents.
