Obituary of William O Brown

OBITUARY Funeral services for, Mr. William O. Brown, age 86, of Roanoke, will be held 11:00 am, Friday, March 11, 2011, from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Billy Allen. Burial to follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home on Thursday, March 10, 2011. Mr. Brown died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Bethany House. Mr. Brown is survived by one step-daughter, Andrea Lynn Ray of Roanoke; special friend, Keiko Bassett; two sisters, Betty Baker of Lake City, FL, Nell Walker of Lake City, FL; two brothers, Thomas Brown of LaGrange, GA, James H. Brown of Lake City, FL; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Wayne Parmer, Danny Parmer, Eddy Sanders, Rusty Sanders, Todd Parrish and Terry Dunlap. Mr. Brown was born, August 8, 1924, the son of Ollie D. and Mary E. Sanders Brown. He was a member of Rock Mills Baptist Church and had been a farmer.
