Ruth was a light in my life, she taught me in Sunday School and through that she spoke into my life. As a teen I was always awkward and felt a little out of place at Church. She was always so kind to me and my family. She was genuine and as a teen one notices things like that. I know that I will see her again one day in heaven. May your hearts be comforted in knowing that she was a blessing to others.

Good day. To the family, I’m sorry for your loss. Many millions of people who are dead in the grave will return to life on earth. Jehovah God made hope for the dead possible by sending his son Jesus Christ to die for us. So the resurrection tells us about Jehovah’s love and undeserved kindness. John 3:16, Romans 6:23. Please visit jw.org for comforting information on the condition of the dead and what hope there is for the dead. If you have questions and/or concerns please feel free to contact me at 7857 Wuthering Heights Lane, Duncanville, AL 35456.

To the family and friends of Ms Ruth Carpenter Childress,
I am so sorry for the loss of your precious loved one.
Death is an enemy of the human race and is merciless towards all.
Though the coming weeks and months may prove to be very difficult, my hope is that you may find a measure of comfort from the Holy Scriptures.
The promises made by Jehovah God will come true.
Revelation 21:3,4. Acts 24:15

We have given a donation to the Salesian Missions which serves poor children and their families worldwide. They have enrolled Mrs. Ruth Carpenter Childress in the Sacred Heart Assiciation. There she will share remembrance in perpetuity in daily mass at the Sacred Heart Basilica in Rome. As well, she will be remembered in Rosary and the prayers and good works of the Salesian Fathers as well as the children of the missions each day. May God rest her sweet kind soul. We love you.

It was a great honor to work with Ruth at Williamsburg Manor. She was a great friend and always treated me with such respect and kindness. She had confidence in me and helped me be the person I am today. She loved people and treated them with great respect. Her love for her Savior showed through her life every day. She was a hard worker and loved taking care of the flowers. This is goodbye down here but I will see you again. I will miss you my friend.
