Obituary of Diane Bennett
Graveside funeral services for Miss Diane Bennett, age 70, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Jamie Taylor officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00-2:00 PM on Monday, July 9 ,2018 before services begin.
Miss Bennett passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018, at her residence.
Survivors include: Cousins, Linda Manley, Ted Bennett both of Roanoke, Deanna Bennett King of Snellville, Ga. and Lynn Bennett Piecuch of LaGrange, Ga., a lifelong friend, Patsy Morris Bundy of Dothan, Al.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Bonner, John Glass, Jason Pike, and Jamie Taylor.
A Roanoke native, Miss Bennett was born on January 27, 1948, the daughter of Henry W. “Crack” and Lois Ussery Bennett. She was a member of Cornerstone Church and had been employed as a secretary. Miss Bennet was preceded in death by her parents.
Flowers will be accepted or the family requests that donations be made to one’s favorite charity.
