Obituary of Della Sue Farmer
Funeral services for Della Sue Farmer, age 63, of Standing Rock Community, will be held on January 9, 2019 at 1:00 PM from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tim Whaley and Rev. Darrell Hogan officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on January 8, 2019.
Mrs. Farmer passed away on January 7, 2019 at her residence.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Davidson (Jeff) of Palmetto, GA; son, Terry Farmer (Christie) of LaGrange, Ga; special nieces, Felicia Teague of Rock Mills and Mitzi Davidson of Standing Rock; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; sister, Cissy Boatner of Standing Rock; brother, Jimmy Price of Standing Rock.
Pallbearers will be B.J. Pike, Jamie Price, Michael Barnes, Kyle Fomby, Luke Fomby and Willard Earl Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Peyton Price, Ty Taylor, Kaiden Pike and C.J. Pike
A Standing Rock Community native, Mrs. Farmer was born on April 4, 1955, the daughter of Edward Arlon Bolt and Ora Pearl Harmon Price. She attended Cornerstone Church and had been a retail manager at Dollar General. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Wilburn Drennen Farmer; sister, Nelda Myers.
