Uncle Kenneth was a good man. He taught me how to man up and fix things that needed fixin. If he could lend a hand he would. He let me stay with him and my Aunt Cheryl when I was in my early twenties while I fixed up my first home to live in away from home. He gave me guff about being a Yankee from up north but he and I got along really well. We sat out in his shop and made remote control planes to fly, crash, and then fix again. He taught me how to weld. He gave me my first sip of moonshine and laughed when I choked on it. He had a big burley laugh and it was a pleasure to hear. He introduced me to Red Hot eggs and sausages and we ate em up late at night after fixing something or just hanging out shootin' the breeze. It was sad to learn of his passing today but I wanted to at least share my memories even if it is years later. I'm sorry I didn't stay on the Facebook or in touch on the cellophone. I always thought I would have a chance to visit again. You'll be missed Uncle Kenneth. We didn't say love you or mushy stuff like that but I did love ya man.

I am sorry for the loss of your loved one. I know that no words can ease the pain of grief but I am personally comforted by the promise at Revelation 21:3-4 where the word of God states that death and mourning will be no more.
I hope that this scripture helps you as well focus on the hope of the future time where the pain of grief will be gone.

So sad to hear about Kenneth. Kenneth and I worked at Handley Weather's Service Station for a year of so. He had a great personality. Loved his cars ! Always fun to be around. Condolences to the family.
