Obituary of Catherine Anglin

Graveside services for Catherine Anglin, age 80, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019, at 3:00 PM at Knight Cemetery with Bro. Scott Whaley and Daniel Anglin officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-2:30 PM on Sunday before services begin.

Mrs. Anglin passed away Thursday, October 31, 2019, at her residence.

Survivors include: two grandchildren, Daniel Anglin and Anthony Anglin, both of Roanoke; two great-grandchildren, Charity Anglin and Avie Anglin; and one brother, Aurthur Watson of Roanoke.

A Roanoke native, Mrs. Anglin was born on July 17, 1939, the daughter of Olif D. and Mattie Sue Edmondson Watson. She was a housewife.  Mrs. Anglin was preceded in death by  her parents; her husband, James Anglin; four sons, Jimmy Anglin, Donnie Anglin, Johnny Anglin, and Daniel Anglin; and one brother, James Watson.
