Obituary of Mary Tom Robinson

Funeral services for Mary Tom Robinson, age 77, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2020, at 3:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Ricky Murphy, Tommy Primm, Tommy Wood, Bill Caypless, Bro. Hunter Bulger, and Bro. Edward Herren officiating. Burial will follow at Lebanon Christian Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, February 1, 2020. Ms. Robinson passed away Thursday, January 30, 2020, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee. She is survived by her brother-in-law, Barrett Shelnutt of Roanoke, AL. Pallbearers will be Steve Cole, Tyre Cole, Mike Kirby, Mike Strain, Andy Gray, Bryant Gray, and Blake Gray. A Roanoke native, Ms. Robinson was born on July 9, 1942, the daughter of Charlie and Carrie Lee Strickland Robinson. She was a member of Oak Grove Church of Christ and worked for 40 years in the business office of Dr. Chester B. Primm and also worked 20 years at Emerging Home Care Pharmacy. Ms. Robinson was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Leon; and three sisters, Charlene, Sara, and Zulila.
