Visitation for Marvin Boyce Pike, Sr., 91, of Augusta, Georgia, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020, from 1:30 – 2:30 PM CST at Quattlebaum Funeral Home.
Mr. Pike passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020, at VA Hospital in Montgomery.
Survivors include: two sisters, Shirley Smith and Joyce (Morgan) Cantrell both of Roanoke; one daughter-in-law, Boonchu Pike of Augusta, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
An Augusta, Georgia, native, Mr. Pike was born in Randolph County on October 8, 1928, the son of Marvin T. and Katie Hammond Pike. He attended National Hills Baptist Church and retired as a security guard for Dupont. Mr. Pike was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Melvina Oxford Pike; son, Marvin B. Pike, Jr.; and two brothers, Billy Pike and Gene Pike.
