OBITUARY
Funeral services for, Derick O'Neal Fincher, age 26, of Roanoke, will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, August 24, 2011, from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Frank Foster, Jr. officiating. Burial to follow in Randolph Memory Gardens with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 23, 2011.
Mr. Fincher died, Sunday, August 21, 2011.
Mr. Fincher is survived by his maternal grandmother, JoAnn Moon of Roanoke; his mother, Lucy Butler of Rock Mills; two brothers, Cody Moon Fincher of Roanoke, Justin David Fincher of Columbus, GA; his wife, Samantha Fincher of Roanoke; special friend, Heather Harper of Roanoke; father, Jeffery Fincher; several uncles and aunts.
Pallbearers will be Cody Fincher, Justin Fincher, Danny Tooker, Bobby Sheppard, Dale Rice and Greg Harper.
Mr. Fincher was born, February 23, 1985. He was a plumber for Professional Plumbing and Piping. Mr. Fincher was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ray E. Moon; his grandmother, Anna Allen. Flowers will be accepted or donations to the Derick Fincher Memorial Fund, c/o Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 319 College St, Roanoke, AL 36274.
