Obituary of Sue Parmer

Graveside services for Mrs. Sue Parmer, age 85, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, April 20, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. at Randolph Memory Gardens with Rev. Scott Whaley officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Parmer passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, Georgia. Survivors include her son Mike Parmer and Tammy of Roanoke, and a grandchild. A Roanoke native, Mrs. Parmer was born on March 4, 1935, the daughter of Coy and Beulah Mae Browning Robinson. She attended Faith Baptist Church and retired from Candlewick Yarns. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Parmer, two sisters, Pauline Mitchum and Betty Whaley, three brothers, Coy “Junior” Robinson, Chess Robinson and Buster “Buck” Robinson.
