OBITUARY
Funeral services for, Mrs. Edna Sue Cunningham Swann, age 79, of Roanoke, will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, September 9, 2011, from the Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Gerald Romine officiating. Burial to follow in Cedarwood Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home on Thursday, September 8, 2011.
Mrs. Swann died, September 7, 2011 at her home.
Mrs. Swann is survived by her husband, Herbert Swann; two sons, Jeff Swann of Roanoke, Tim Swann of Madison; two grand-daughters; one brother, Tommy Cunningham of Roanoke.
Mrs. Swann was born, October 15, 1931, the daughter of Weathers and Lou Edna Kirby Cunningham. She was a member of the Roanoke Church of Christ and has been the Assistant City Clerk for the City of Roanoke for thirty years. Mrs. Swann was preceded in death by her parents.
