Obituary of Willie Pearl Cagle
Funeral services for Willie Pearl Cagle, age 92, of Roanoke will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Jeff Burns and Bro. Truman Norred officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Wednesday before the service.
Mrs. Cagle passed away Monday, July 13, 2020, at Traylor’s Nursing Center.
Survivors include her sisters, Betty Jo Richardson (Herbert) of Roanoke and Billie Faye Gay (Elliott) of Wadley; brother, Truman Norred (Cheryl) of Jacksonville, AL and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jim Harris, Michael Harris, Keith Norred, Aaron Pike, Alston Pike, and Jon Zimmerman.
A Randolph County native, Mrs. Cagle was born on October 3, 1927, the daughter of Robert and Essie Willingham Norred. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and worked as a seamstress for Palm Beach. Mrs. Cagle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Manley Cagle; son, Kevin Cagle; sisters, Nettie Harris, Margie Bishop, and Patricia Stringfellow and brother, Tommy Norred.
