Obituary of Mary Lee Taylor
Mrs. Mary Lee Taylor, age 77, of Roanoke, passed away on February 22, 2021, at Tanner Medical Center/East Alabama in Wedowee. A private graveside service will be held at Rock Stand Congregational Christian Church Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Montgomery of Anniston, AL; two grandchildren, Walton Montgomery of Anniston, AL, and Will Montgomery (Allie) of Tuscaloosa, AL; sister, Jane Britt (Thomas) of Denham Springs, LA; brothers, Roger Sheffield (Faye) of Pine Hill, AL, and Billy Criswell (Emma) of Thomasville, AL.
A Randolph County resident, Mrs. Taylor was born July 29, 1943, the daughter of Lonzo Lee Criswell and Ruth Smiley Kirkham. She was a teller for Commercial Bank and Small Town Bank. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Rodney Taylor; son-in law, Bill Montgomery; and sister, Linda Etheridge.
