Obituary of Roy Glenn Campbell
Graveside services for Roy Glenn Campbell, age 71, of Roanoke, will be held Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Randolph Memory Gardens with Pastor Jonathan Hannah officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:30 to 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 19, 2021.
Mr. Campbell passed away on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.
Survivors include his wife, Sheila Slappey Campbell of Roanoke, AL; six children; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Josh Marques, Koty Marques, Herman Marques, Justin Mattick, Dylan Sears, Wayne Slappey, and Eddie Cate.
A Miamisburg, Ohio, native, Mr. Campbell was born November 23, 1949, the son of Ray and Gertie Tye Campbell. He was a truck driver for TSD Logistics. Mr. Campbell was a husband, father, paw-paw and great paw-paw. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
