Butch and Doris I know you’re both strolling across heaven together! We love and miss you both so much! I know you’re with us I can feel it. And Butch last week race you sent me a sign and took the 48 out. We both have tried our best to do what you both wanted Mike and I but under certain circumstances/ people and I know you have been watching and I’m not sure your wishes will be done the way you wanted. Buddy Roe is doing great and he is so sweet! Please continue watching over us and send us more signs. We love you both so much! Until we’re all together again!

Miss you Dad, so so much, my life will never be the same. I’m so grateful for the last 8 months and our evening chats. I love you and I promise to make everything right, you will never be forgotten, ever. You held my hand so tightly in the hospital, you couldn’t always say it, but I knew, we both knew and we said I love you, every time we talked. Please watch over me and help me get through this next chapter in my life, I truly hope your at piece, I love and miss you each and every minute, I love you Dad, have a good night.

I am so saddened to hear of Butch's passing. We go back many, many years as we were nextdoor neighbors at Eagle Hotel
and I spent many a days at his house. My mother would be looking for me and they would tell her she's over at Butch's. We talked about this the last time I saw him back in Pa. We grew up together and graduated from high school in 1959, he was always my buddy and will certainly be missed. From the good old days in Linglestown and the Eagle Hotel may you Rest in Peace my friend!
My sincere condolences to Carol and family from the Farling family.
Love and God Bless

We are heartbroken to hear of Mr. Miles’ passing. We have been neighbors for 23 years in Virginia Beach. He was a kind, gentle man with an easy smile. He has watched us grow into a family and attended our sons high school graduation party just last month. He and my husband had a very special relationship and enjoyed sharing stories. I spoke with Me. Miles the evening before he left to go to AL. We made plans for when he was to return in a couple weeks. I will hold our last conversation dear to my heart as we exchanged admiration for each other. I take great comfort in knowing that he has been reunited with his beloved Doris, for he missed her so. Rest high on that mountain Mr. Miles. You are missed terribly. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends for we cared for him too. May your joyous memories carry you through this difficult time.
Love and hugs, The Willoughby’s, Dina, Jerry and Foster

My Uncle Butch was an AMAZING man; I loved him dearly. Thank you all for these tributes to him; they have been comforting to read. I wish he could have met my daughter, but I know he'll be looking down and be amused by how much she is just like him! If there's anything positive here, it's that he has been reunited with my Aunt (give him hell, Doris! lol). I already miss you terribly, Uncle Butch xoxo

I only knew Miles for a short time in the process of purchasing his VA Beach home. He was a very passionate and humble man that I was very fortunate to meet and hear his stories in the maritime industry. God bless him and condolences to his family.

It just won’t be the same without you. I know you walked right into heaven laughing and smiling. I know you are saying don’t worry about me, I’m fine. Keep tapping Earl on the shoulder and whispering Junior in his ear. My back up plan is gone ❤️ A sweet man truly missed by all .
