Obituary of Martha Faye Towler

Funeral services for Martha Faye Towler, age 80, of Rock Mills, will be held Saturday, January 14, 2012, at 2:00 pm from Rock Mills Methodist Church with Rev. Frank Korb officiating. Burial will follow at Rock Mills Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, January 13th. Mrs. Towler died Thursday, January 12, 2012, at East Alabama Medical Center. Survivors include two sons, Keith (wife, Sherry) Towler and Jeff (wife, Jane) Towler both of Rock Mills; four grandchildren, Chris Towler, Todd Towler, Libby Towler and Jessica Richardson; one great-grandchild, Wil Towler; and several nieces and nephews. A Randolph County native, Mrs. Towler was born April 10, 1931, the daughter of Ed and Laura Waldrep Cottle. She was a member of Rock Mills Methodist Church and had been employed by Palm Beach as a press operator. Mrs. Towler was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Yater Towler; one brother, Ford Cottle; three sisters, Elizabeth Chase, Sue Adamson, and Lonita Hallman.
