Obituary of Micheal Todd Sims

Graveside services for Micheal Todd Sims, age 56, of Roanoke will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 12:00 PM at Cedarwood Cemetery with Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:30-11:45 AM on Saturday before services begin.

Mr. Sims passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at his residence.

Survivors include: two daughters, Taylor Giles (Kevin Giles) and Tonia Sims (Chris Cone), both of Roanoke; eight grandchildren, Abriella Sims, Greyson Sims, Victoria Sims, Jayden Giles, Branden Giles, Rosemary Giles, Emmanuel Giles, and Gabby Giles; and fiance`, Ann Fincher.

Pallbearers will be Danny Chappell, Chris Cone, Kevin Giles, Luther Houston, Jr., and Luther Houston, III.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Sims was born on July 17, 1965, the son of Lawrence and Mary Lemerle Pike Sims.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Sherri Traylor, and a granddaughter, Adriana Sims.

Memorials may be floral or donations may be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home to go toward final expenses.
