Obituary of Bonnie Lou Autry Carson
Graveside services for Bonnie Lou Autry Carson, age 65, of Roanoke will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Forrester’s Chapel Cemetery with Bro. Mickey Vaughn officiating and Quattlebaum Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00-1:30 PM on Thursday before services begin.
Mrs. Carson passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center in Wedowee, Alabama.
Survivors include: one son, George Oliver Carson of Roanoke; one sister, Bertha Ann Brown of Wedowee; and one brother, Alton Aaron Alexander of Roanoke.
A longtime Roanoke resident, Mrs. Carson was born on February 16, 1957, the daughter of Gene and Rene Bell Alexander Autry. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Carson was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Carson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home at 319 College Street, Roanoke, AL 36274, to go toward final expenses.
