Funeral services for Geneva Pearl White Parmer, age 75, of Roanoke, will be held Sunday, April 22 2012, at 2:00 pm from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Darren White and Rev. Bud Stiltner officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Saturday, April 21, 2012.
Mrs. Parmer died Friday, April 20, 2012, at East Alabama Medical Center.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Survivors include one daughter, Karen (Russell) Norred of Wadley; three sons, Ronald (Karen) White of Alabaster, Ricky (Nina) White of Valley, Darren (Tonia) White of Lanett; one sister, Carol Cuviller of Morgan City, LA; one brother, Dwain Waldrep of Roanoke; thirteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
A Randolph county native, Mrs. Parmer was born April 7, 1937, daughter of Mitchell and Flossie Brown Waldrep. She was employed as a seamstress at Palm Beach and was Baptist by faith.
