Obituary of Ruth Eva Pullen
Funeral service dates for Ruth Eva Pullen, age 85, of Roanoke, AL, will be held on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Bro. Tyler Worthy officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00-5:00 PM on Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Mrs. Pullen passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022, at her residence.
Survivors include her son, Roy (Marsha) Pullen of Roanoke, AL.; grandchildren, Phaelan Pullen (Joan) of Queens, NY. and Rachel (Eric) Vines of Lafayette, AL.; great-grandchildren, JeDarrion Vines and Jamal Vines; sister, Anita Schaffer of Germany; brother, Hans Beige of Germany; and many other family, friends, and neighbors.
Mrs. Pullen was born in Germany on January 2, 1937. She is the daughter of Fritz and Mary Magdalena Beige. Mrs. Pullen was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church and spent her life as a stay-at-home wife and mother. She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Marlin Pullen.
