There are so many memories I have of Ms. Jackson it's hard to just pick one. However the one thing that really sticks out in my mind is how she accepted me into the family. She didn't pre-judge me, she just live me and my son. Over the years we remained friends and I'm very honored to have been called her friend as well. I will miss her terribly and love her always!-cindy

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Mrs. Camilla was a special lady, with a very kind heart. I worked at Amoco with her for many years and just remember what a thoughtful, loving person she was. Even after I left the mill, before moving away from Randolph County 10 yrs ago, when I would see her out in town....she was always asking about my children. Praying that God wraps HIS arms around you all through this difficult time.

I went to school with Camilla and remember how sweet and pretty she was. We were facebook friends in the last year or so and it was great to reconnect with a Handley High schoolmate. I did not know about her health condition, and I am so sorry for the family's loss.

James,
I was so sorry to hear about Camilla. I went to elementary school with Camilla, and we re-connected a few years ago when I was in Roanoke for my mother's funeral. She sent a note to me at the funeral home, after which we started e-mailing each other. I later saw her and met you when she was in re-hab at Traylor Nursing Home. I know that Camellia suffered from all her medical problems, but now we all know that she is no longer in pain. She always seemed to be in good spirits despite all her problems. I know you and your children will miss her. Please know that you and your family will be in my prayers. Jeanette D. Raymond
