Obituary of Brenda Diann Townley

Funeral services for Brenda Diann Townley, age 55, of Roanoke will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Ricky Cofield and Deborah Bowen speaking.  Burial will follow at Heritage Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Miss Townley passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Noland Hospital in Anniston, Alabama.

She is survived by one brother, James Harvey Townley of Roanoke; her birth mother, Anita Holt-Casey (Wayne); two half-sisters, DeAnna McDonald and Nichole Whitley; special friend, Dinah Allen; and special cousins, MaKayla and Savannah Townley.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Chisolm, Xavier Watkins, Ryan Moody, Russ Moody, James Lyons, Jr., Terry Townley, and Wayne Townley.

Born in Newnan, Georgia, on April 11, 1967, Miss Townley was the daughter of Tilmer Harold and Nellie Ruth Norred Townley.  She was a member of Heritage Baptist Church and a member of ALFA.  Miss Townley was preceded in death by her parents.
