Obituary

Tammy Jean Arrington, age 52, of Wadley passed away at WellStar West Georgia Hospice on July 22, 2023.

The family will host a memorial service on Sunday, July 30th at 5:00 PM at Wadley First Methodist Church with Bro. Brad Kimble officiating. All are invited to attend.

Survivors include her daughters, Ashley Pearson (Alan) of Roanoke and Callie Rice (Gary) of Wadley; three grandchildren, Karoline Gunn, Allie Jean Pearson and Lula Estes; and two brothers, Tommy Arrington (Barbara) of Weaver and Tim Arrington of Anniston.

Ms. Arrington was born in Weaver, Alabama, on May 13, 1971, the daughter of Cooper and Jeanine McGill Arrington. She was Christian by faith and was a member of Wadley First Methodist Church. Ms. Arrington worked as a Registered Nurse at Wedowee Hospital for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister-in-law, Candace Arrington; and niece, Allison Arrington.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Quattlebaum Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
