Obituary of Dawn Partin-Laws
Dawn Minnette Partin-Laws, age 61, of Roanoke passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at her home.
Survivors include: one daughter, Sarah Partin-Laws (James DeRousse) of Roanoke; one son, Travis Partin (Kristina) of Bardstown, KY; her parents, Charles and Almeta Williams Partin; three grandchildren, Jack Partin, Madeline DeRousse, and Rosie DeRousse; one sister, Thea Partin of Auburn; and three brothers, Brian Drew Partin of Bowdon, GA, Damon Eric Partin of Tallapoosa, GA, and Kylie M. Partin of Fairburn, GA.
An Atlanta, Georgia native, Mrs. Partin-Laws was born on February 24, 1962, the daughter of Charles and Almeta Williams Partin. She worked as a school bus driver for Fulton County Schools. Mrs. Partin-Laws was preceded in death by her husband, Donald “Moose” Fulkerson and a brother, Christopher Shawn Partin.
