Mavis “Macy” Pinkard Hall, age 66, of Roanoke passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, at her brother’s residence.

The family will receive friends at Quattlebaum Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, February 11, 2024.

Survivors include her husband, Earl Hall of Roanoke; two daughters, Shelly Kirby (Josh) of Roanoke and Jennifer Hall ; one son, Jeff Hall (Samantha) of Roanoke; nine grandchildren; one sister, Judy Pinkard of Roanoke; two brothers, Rudolph Pinkard (Patsy) of Roanoke and Larry Pinkard (Doris) of Ringold, GA; a sister-in-law, Janelle Pinkard of Lanett; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Roanoke resident, Mrs. Hall was born on June 4, 1957, the daughter of Leon and Rachel Lewis Pinkard.  Mrs. Hall was Baptist by faith and had previously worked for West Point Stevens and Traylor’s Retirement Community.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Christopher Pinkard; and brothers, Willis “Rod” Pinkard and Buddy Pinkard.
