Our precious Aunt Sue, what a wonderful life you have had. And now on to the heavenly gathering of all those who are waiting for you.
You will always have a special place in my heart, from the time I was an almost teenager. You gave me a topaz ring, I don't remember the occasion. It was brown and gold, and it captured the sun, when you looked at it. So beautiful. But what it did to my heart, I couldn't begin to tell you. It made me feel like I was loved.
Unfortunately, as happens with young'uns, I misplaced the ring along the way, and searched forever for it. Never did find it, but it is still there and shining bright in my mind.
I will have you on my mind today as you are lifted up, and on your way, and even though I probably won't be able to be there, I will be thinking of all the little ways that you helped to give this little girl, a happy smile. I have been blessed to have guardian angels looking out for me, as I go through this life, and I count you among them.
You will be missed down here Aunt Sue, on this side of Heaven, and you will be loved always.
