OBITUARY
Funeral services for Mary Beatrice "Beacie" Towler, age 84, of Roanoke will be held Thursday, September 19, 2012, at 11:00 am from Quattlebaum Funeral Chapel with Rev. Franklin Foster, Sr. and Rev. Franklin Foster, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Randolph Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 19th.
Miss Towler died Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at Wedowee Hospital.
Survivors include one sister, Patricia Bowen of Woodland; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Mark Yeager, Justin Yeager, Keith Bowen and Johnny Sanders.
A lifelong Rock Mills resident, Miss Towler was a Randolph County native, born May 31, 1928, daughter of J. T. Towler, Sr. and Emma Ruth Breed Towler. She was a member of Rock Mills Church of the Nazarene and had retired from Wehadkee Yarn Mills after 47 years of employment.
